Hey guys! So listen, now that Riley’s six month old (OMG she’s almost 7 months old now), I figured I’d share what her current routine looks like! For the longest time we struggled to figure out what worked for her – things like: What time should she be going to bed? How many naps should she have? How much do we feed her and how often? These are all questions I feel most first time moms struggle to answer, so today I’m sharing this 6 month old baby schedule to help anyone who’s in the same boat.
Check out the full video where I go into detail about her full routine here:

So far, that baby schedule has been working really well for us, but I know that as she gets older, it’ll change. That’s the hard part about these tiny humans – things are constantly changing, and as soon as you think you’ve got it together, BAM! They’re like, “nope. that was too easy. let’s change things up a bit!”
Worth it? Absolutely. But boy is it hard. So definitely check out my YouTube channel here and subscribe if you like watching mommy + lifestyle content. I love sharing Day In The Life vlogs where I document my days with this little cutie while sharing all the things I learn along the way!
How about you guys? How old are your little ones and what do their schedules look like? What time are you putting them to bed and how long are they sleeping these days?
We recently sleep trained Riley and thank the Lord she’s sleeping through the night! I know a 9pm bedtime is kind of late, but I’m scared that if I put her to sleep earlier, she’ll be a 5am riser and I’m not about that life!
