Alright guys so it’s no secret that Joe and I are HUGE Alabama football fans! ROLL TIDE! Sure, it’s going to take us a bit to recover after that terrible loss to Clemson, but on the bright side, I spent this past weekend trying to come up with a couple easy game day snacks, and they turned out really well!

I don’t know about you, but I don’t have hours to be cooking in the kitchen. Especially on game day! I just wanna relax and watch me some good football! Who’s with me on that? So today I’m showing you how to entertain your guests in the simplest of ways with a little bit of help from Coke Zero & RITZ Crackers.

First up…

Bruschetta Bites

Start off with some yummy fresh tomatoes.

Chop them up. (When I’m chopping up veggies it’s a miracle if I don’t slice my finger off, so pay no mind to my lack of perfect knife skills.) #AbstractShapesForTheWin

Then, add a little bit of fresh basil, garlic, salt and pepper and mix it all up! Throw in a little bit of olive oil and/or balsamic vinegar and yea, you’re pretty much done.

Put it in a tupperware for about an hour and then plate on top of a few RITZ Crackers! And just like that, you’ve got some light and fresh snacks to feed to your guests. #score

Not a tomato fan? That’s okay. You can always give these a try…

Brie & Apricot Bites

All you need is some brie, apricot preserves, and RITZ Crackers. And I mean, if you get this wrong, just give up on life because this is the easiest thing you could possibly make.

Slice the cheese and put it on the crackers.

Then take the apricot preserves and place it on top of the cheese! And I didn’t even go to culinary school, peeps!

BAM! Another batch of super easy to make game day snacks! Line them up…put them in field formation…display them however you want, and then dig in!

So what do you think? Gunna give these a try?

What other game day snacks do you love to make for your guests (or yourself…that’s totally fine, too!)
